Can my student cancel calls?

Students can cancel calls on their dashboard which will trigger an automated email informing mentors. This feature was introduced in October, 2021 to
increase student accountability, protect mentor time, and ease Springboard operations. We aim at refraining students from being no shows and instead encouraging them to take the responsibility to cancel calls. This feature also highlights the importance of keeping their mentoring calls. 

*To avoid a potential increase in call cancellations, this feature will be passively communicated to students. 
*Although we discourage student's from cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, they do have this option.
