How many students can I work with?

Most mentors start with around 4 students at the outset, then move up or down depending on their performance, availability, and Springboard's enrollments. Our current policy allows between 1-6 students during the first three months, then up to a maximum of 10 students after the initial 3 month starting period. 

In some cases, mentors are allowed to take on more students if they demonstrate excellent performance and long-term tenure with Springboard. Reach out to your mentor operations manager if you'd like to request increasing your capacity beyond 10 students.
