Tax information

1. All Springboard mentors are designated as independent contractors. Therefore, we do not withhold any tax on mentor payments, domestic or international. You are responsible for reporting your mentor honorarium income for tax purposes in accordance with your country’s laws. 

2. For U.S domestic mentors, Shortlist will send you your 1099 yearly in February for the previous year's payments.
