I haven't received new students this month - how can I ensure I'm matched with students?

We're so excited to hear that you want to take on more students! While ideally we would match you with as many as your capacity allows, our student-mentor pairs depend on a number of factors including our total enrollments for each month (which differ by course), the balancing of capacities between all of our mentors, mentor performance, and student preferences based on location, job title, and experience.

That being said, we'll do our best to match you with new students. Please reach out to your Mentor Operations Manager to request new pairings if you haven't received a new student in several months.
