Are call times in my timezone or the students'?

Call times on the schedule on your mentor dashboard are in the timezone you set up when creating your Springboard profile. You also get call time reminders in 24 hours before each scheduled call.

You'll see in which timezone your account is set under your weekly call calendar: 

If you'd like to change your timezone, you can do so using the availability feature in your dashboard. See below for an example:
